Due to the covid 19 restrictions I won’t be running any restorative yoga classes till the end of the year as restorative yoga requires the use of props which I cannot offer you at the present situation.
Restorative yoga is the cherry on top of yoga world. It brings deep relaxation, stress relief and assists in recovery from surgery, anxiety, depression, substance abuse. Deep state of relaxation is achieved through the use of props such as blankets, blocks, straps, cushions etc. You will feel held and supported at all time! Join me to restore, recharge and recover! Bring your favourite cushion with you - the more props and support the better!
Yin Yoga Workshop

Yin yoga is a slow paced yoga style with postures being held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga targets connective tissues within the body, such as ligaments, bones and even the joints. It is suitable for almost all levels of students and it complements the more active style of yoga and other physical exercises which focus on muscle contraction. Yin yoga targets mainly the connective tissue of pelvis, hips and lower spine.

Join me for a 6 week meditation program. It will take you on a journey deeper within you, on a journey from grounding to thriving. We'll explore and deepen our awareness of the senses, body and breath but don't stop there. What is it that allows us to be aware? Lets try to be aware of the Awareness itself and enter the quiet place between our breaths and thoughts. It is suitable for beginners and seasoned meditators as well. We'll have a choice how to sit in our meditations - floor, floor with supporting the back or on the chairs.
