This 'Meditation Morning' sets you up for a regular meditation practice. Try, learn and find meditation techniques that work for you. Meditation techniques taught are from the yoga and tantra traditions and focus is on the practise of 'Inner Stillness', 'Inner Silence' and, for more experienced meditators, the 'Inner Quest' or self enquiry as taught by Ramana Maharshi (20th century sage). There will be time for all your questions so that you can find the approach that works for you and can maintain a regular meditation practice at home.

restorative & Yin Yoga workshop
19th June, Sunday 9 - 11 am $40
Both Yin and Restorative yoga are slow, relaxing, meditative, encouraging surrender and deep release in their longer holds. Taking regular time for yourself is difficult but necessary for our wellbeing. This longer session allows you to truly let go and release on all levels. The morning will conclude with guided meditation.
