Breathe & Meditate for Beginners

This initial email based course is for beginners. It teaches you breath control and awareness and how to deepen your concentration on the way towards meditation. At the end, after 10 weeks of practise, you'll be able to breathe efficiently with the diaphragmatic breath and be comfortable in full yogic breath. Both of these are prerequisites for more advanced pranayama (breath) techniques. And you'll be able to focus on bodily stillness from where you can explore other meditation techniques.
